Concerned that your Cozy is not functioning properly?

If you think your Cozy is not operating properly, run the following test:

  1. Unplug The Cozy
  2. Plug it back in
  3. You should hear the fan turn on and a green light on the wall sensor should shine for 5 seconds. If it blinks continuously or if you see a red light then there's a problem.
