Please notify your building super or management first. Then send an email to support@radiatorlabs.com and be sure to include your name, address, apartment number, and which Cozy you think is having a problem. We can troubleshoot remotely and send you instructions to try and resolve the problem. If this doesn’t work, we will schedule a site visit.
