We’re so sorry to hear that you’re having that problem and we can help, please "Submit a Request" and include your building address and apartment number so we can diagnose the problem.
Please note that typically the blinking red light does not indicate a problem with the Cozy and we are happy to turn it off for you after we’ve confirmed that your Cozy is indeed working properly.
If you see a constant red light (not blinking) or think your Cozy is not operating properly, run this simple test:
- Unplug The Cozy
- Plug it back in
- A green light should shine from the wall temperature sensor. This will display for 5 seconds. You should also hear the fan turn on. If there is no light or a constant red light, please "Submit a Request".
- The green LED on the sensor is your indicator of proper functionality. NOTE! These light are only visible during the start-up - there are no lights during normal operation.
- For optimal results, keep your Cozy plugged in at all times and ensure the surrounding area is clutter free. Make sure the temperature sensor is not blocked and that the radiator valve remains open.
