Question: My Cozy is showing up as “not connected” on the web app. I cannot connect to the radiators. On the web app there is a red dot, saying 'not connected'. What can I do to fix this?
Answer: Our web app currently has limited functionality, we apologize for the inconvenience. For the next few weeks if you would like to connect or register your Cozy, please "Submit a Request".
We are excited to announce that we are launching a new web and mobile app in December 2018! This app will also include new and improved features such as setting your temperature and day and night scheduling. Please check back here in December for the link to the new app.
